Who is Super Naturelly?- Super Naturelly is a family-owned British brand creating better-for-you treats for active kids. Founded in 2016, we originally launched fruit jelly pouches before expanding into lower-sugar confectionery, including Fruit Gummies and Power Pops.
What is your mission? Our mission is to help fuel active childhoods by creating better treats with less sugar and more goodness while encouraging kids to spend less time scrolling and more time playing through our Childhood. Unscreened. campaign.
Who are your products designed for?- Our products are designed primarily for children aged 3+, although plenty of grown-ups enjoy them too.
Are your gummies suitable for vegans?- Yes. Our Fruit Gummies are 100% vegan and made with plant-based pectin rather than gelatine.
What type of Fibre is used in Super Naturelly Gummies? Our Fruit Gummies contain plant-based chicory root fibre. We’re continually developing our recipes to create products that balance great taste with nutritional benefits.
Are your Naturelly Gummies HFSS compliant? Yes. Our Fruit Gummies are HFSS compliant and contain significantly less sugar and more fibre than many traditional fruit gummies.
Are Naturelly gummies allergen free? Our Fruit Gummies are free from all 14 major allergens. Always check the product packaging for the latest ingredient information.
How many calories are in a pack? The nutritional information for each product can be found on its product page and packaging.
What is the serving size on the gummies? We recommend no more than 17.5g per serving
What is the serving recommendation for the lollipops? we recommend 1 multi-vitamin lollipop per day.

Sustainability: Is your packaging recyclable? Yes. Our packaging can be recycled through participating supermarket collection points or specialist soft plastic recycling facilities where available.

Shipping, How long does it take to deliver? 3 to 5 days
What is the shelf life? 12 months from production. We guarantee retail stores 9 months minimum shelf life,.
What is your returns policy? We accept returns for faulty or damaged products in line with our returns policy. Please contact us if there’s ever a problem with your order. Product must be returned within 7 days
Do you take PayPal payments? Initially we are selling the gummies through Amazon only and unfortunately they don’t take PayPal directly.
